• All the DSWD Field Offices including ARMM and other stakeholders were provided with copies of RA 9775 or Anti-Child Pornography act of 2009
• DSWD Field Offices included RA 9775 in the conduct of Social Welfare and Development Forum.
•  The Inter-Agency Council Against  Child Pornography regularly convened as mandated in RA 9775.
• Two (2) NGO have nominated as representatives to the Council who meets the qualifications set forth by the Council namely: ECPAT – Philippines and Stairway Foundation Inc. have been endorsed by the Secretary for appointment by the President.
• The Three (3) Year Strategic Plan (CY 2011-2013) has been approved by the Council through a Board Resolution.
